About The Position

The Outreach & Admissions (OA) Supervisor identifies and develops Center-beneficial partnershiops that lead to student benefit and success. Responsible for the recruitment and arrival coordination of the Job Corps students, provides oversight of student’s case management and supervises Admissions Counselors.

Requirements

• Associates Degree Required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Admissions
• Must possess valid MA driver License and meet insurability requirements

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Position reports to 270 Jackson Rd. Devens, MA 01434 with 50% travel within in Middlesex, Essex and Suffolk counties.
• Develops Center-beneficial linkages within the community for enrollment, education, employment, Career Technical Training and Work-based learning opportunities.
• In Partnership with the OA/CTS Director; interviews, recommends for hire, disciplines and evaluates performance of OA staff.
• Provides required/supplemental training, monitors staff’s progress, approves timecards and vacation requests.
