Child and Family Guidance Center (CFGC) is seeking a full-time bilingual Outreach Administrative Specialist to join our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) team. Witnessing families strengthen, heal, and improve their lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of this position. We’re looking for a supportive, creative, and resourceful Outreach Administrative Specialist who will play a key role in connecting families to vital community resources. In this role, you’ll be responsible for initial client engagement, verifying eligibility and insurance, managing documentation, and supporting outreach, billing, and reporting functions.
