Role Description Our Outpost Cart Attendants have a wonderful work environment. This position requires a team member that enjoys being outside in the beautiful spring and summer weather, attending to our members and guests out on the golf course. Outpost Cart Attendants are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Our Outpost F&B Golf Cart Attendants earn $15.00/hour plus tips. This is a seasonal position available from June through September.
Requirements
- Previous upscale hospitality experience preferred
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Knowledgeable about food handling procedures and the sale of alcoholic beverages.
- Must demonstrate excellent record keeping and cash handling abilities.
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire (cost eligible for reimbursement)
- OLCC Certification
Responsibilities
- Prepare food products for sale (e.g., hot dogs, sandwiches, soups).
- Sell pre-packaged foods (e.g., peanuts, candy bars, chips, soft drinks, beer/wine).
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment according to health department standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all members & guests and be attentive to their needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
- Sell and serve alcoholic beverages according to OLCC standards.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Set up outside buffets and special events.
- Work a cash register and be accountable for daily sales.
- Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
