About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join their growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. This role involves working collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. Therapists provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs, utilizing multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths. The organization is rapidly growing throughout NY and nationally, offering an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, adults, and families.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
