Position Overview As an Outpatient Therapist at TLC Wellness, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and children across a range of presenting concerns. Clinicians conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that support meaningful clinical progress. We value clinicians who are thoughtful, curious, and committed to continued professional growth. As the practice grows, there is an opportunity for the right clinician to help develop specialized programming in this area, including groups, community partnerships, and expanded clinical services. Specialty Opportunity – First Responder Mental Health TLC Wellness is interested in expanding services for first responders, including law enforcement, firefighters, EMS personnel, and other public safety professionals. Clinicians with experience or specialized training in this population are strongly encouraged to apply.
