Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Active state licensure (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others and commitment to behavioral health

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments on any individual, couple, or family seeking behavioral health services.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges from a generalist, strength-based perspective.
Maintain confidential client records and documentation following AMHC policies and procedures, licensing and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with a team of behavioral health professionals to provide holistic care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
