Your Role as an Outpatient Therapist: Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services to children and families in individual, family, and group settings. You’ll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team that shares a passion for long-term healing and empowerment.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree from a Florida-eligible mental health, social work, or MFT program
  • Eligibility for FL intern registration (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI)
  • Moderate tech proficiency (EHR + Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong clinical instincts, communication skills, and documentation habits
  • Passion for working with diverse families and communities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing DSM/ICD-based treatment plans
  • Bilingual in Spanish (with additional compensation!)
  • Familiarity with Medicaid requirements and outpatient therapy best practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload providing outpatient therapy using a family systems approach
  • Complete psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, diagnoses (DSM/ICD), and progress notes within our Electronic Health Record
  • Partner with clients and families to set goals, track progress, and engage them in their care
  • Meet team productivity, billing, and documentation standards
  • Stay in compliance with Medicaid, contract, and agency guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and community stakeholders
  • Contribute to a culture of empathy, professionalism, and shared purpose
