About The Position

- The Outpatient Supervisor I at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of outpatient services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality behavioral health care to clients, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters a supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in outpatient services.
  • Proven track record of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical environment.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing patient care services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and electronic medical records systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of current behavioral health practices, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to assess and address the needs of patients and staff in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of outpatient clinicians, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of outpatient services to ensure efficient and effective client care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate services and improve client outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to promote professional development and enhance service delivery.
  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Assist in budget preparation and management, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet program goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
