Responsibilities

• Patient scheduling and check out
• Act as a liaison, the link, between patients and doctors
• Maintain patient communication, evaluate and document their health progress
• Respond to daily emails, voicemails, EHR messages, online databases, doctor outbox messages
• Consult with patients and family members to discuss concerns and health plans per doctor request
• Collaborate with doctors and peers to schedule appointments, follow ups, and treatment plans
• Ensure visit authorizations are approved and in the system for billing purposes
• Treat patients with empathy and respect
• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
