A well-established, patient-centered pulmonary care organization in the Macon, Georgia area is actively seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Pulmonologist to join its growing outpatient practice. Requirements
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine
- Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain licensure
Nice To Haves
- Sleep Medicine certification preferred
- Experience mentoring and supervising clinical team members preferred
- Interest in integrating technology into patient-centered care models
- Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care
- Perform inpatient pulmonary consults and related procedures as needed
- Maintain an average daily patient volume consistent with practice standards
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers
- Provide clinical oversight to support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with local primary care providers
- Participate in innovative, data-driven approaches to chronic respiratory disease management
