About The Position

The Outpatient Program Assistant oversees general clerical and support functions for the outpatient programs at Rolling Hills Hospital. Responsible for maintaining overall office organization, supplies, and medical record audits and upkeep. Includes monitoring patient attendance, follow up and referral calls, data entry, discharge planning, and other duties as assigned. Requirements

Minimum requirement high school diploma
Current HWC and CPR Certification
One or more years of experience in a psychiatric setting is preferred.

ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization
effective oral and written communication skills
basic data entry skills preferred
