The Outpatient Pre-Doctoral Internship is part of the Colorado Psychology Internship Consortium. It will focus on the provision of outpatient services to the Summit and Eagle County Community. Although the focus will be provision of outpatient behavioral health services, this internship will have the opportunity to specialize in a specific, pre-approved area of interest. Currently, EVBH offers specialization in integrated behavioral health or performance optimization. Outpatient clinical services make up 22-24 clinical hours per week, while the specialization makes up 16 clinical hours per week. The Postdoctoral intern will provide direct, intensive clinical services across various population and clinic settings. Services will include individual, group, and family-based therapeutic services focusing on interdisciplinary treatment of complex behavioral health disorders. The intern will also be responsible for creating and co-facilitating at least 1 (8 week) group per quarter. This position is a year contract; it is a full-time, 5 day a week position and requires travel to various community sites. Temporary housing is available! Specialty rotations are finalized upon extension of offer for the position and pending approval of the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health.
