About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. They understand therapists because they are therapists themselves, recognizing the unique challenges clinicians face daily. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, the company is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Clinicians have the opportunity to participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program, gaining advanced training and mentorship in a collaborative setting. The company believes clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow, offering eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program to help achieve long-term financial and career goals. The mission is to provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services within a warm and welcoming environment. The caseload encompasses patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations, featuring a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management. Specialized programs align with the interests of therapists in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema for comprehensive care tailored to individual needs. The company values time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads, and prioritizes interests and professional growth. Collaboration with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons is key to developing a comprehensive healthcare approach. The company supports specialty therapy services and offers a roadmap for career advancement, including becoming a clinical instructor, clinic lead, operations director, or launching a new facility. Professional development includes an Individualized Professional Development Program with an annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners), graduated caseload ramp-up time, paid professional association dues, paid license renewal, new graduate mentoring and onboarding, and the opportunity to apply for an in-house residency program.
