Clinicians have the opportunity to participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program, gaining advanced training and mentorship in a collaborative setting. Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
Active or pending state physical therapist license.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional therapy services.
Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team.
Treat patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
Participate in specialized programs that align with interests in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema.
Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads.
Collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
