Job Summary The Physical Therapist ("Therapist") under minimal supervision, assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative treatments that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The Therapist coordinates care of patients in collaboration with healthcare professionals, family and caregiver. Utilizes experience and education to assist with developing programs, improving performance, and student and workforce education. The Therapist is a subject matter expert that relies on clinical reasoning in synthesizing complex evaluations and routinely collaborates with colleagues and key stakeholders to coordinate patient treatment that is safe, efficient and high-quality.
