Requirements

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with insurance and billing preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves as the liaison between management and collaborators (customers, community agencies, patients, physicians, MD office staff, etc.)
• Ensures that meetings are planned and provided for, including scheduling, space acquisition, readying of materials, preparation of agenda and minutes.
• Tracks expenditures.
• Maintains office in organized manner.
• Maintains accurate and orderly records.
• Oversees production of community events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
