Requirements

Professional degree in physical therapy required. Doctorate preferred.
Wisconsin physical therapy license and continuing education to maintain licensure.
ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation across the lifespan

Nice To Haves

Interest or experience in pediatric and/or sports rehabilitation preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
Ability to adapt treatment approaches for diverse age groups and activity levels
Proficiency with computers and documentation systems
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and movement-related conditions across all age groups
Provide care for pediatric and adolescent patients, including student athletes recovering from injury
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function
Support injury prevention and safe return-to-play for active patients and athletes
Assist with fall risk reduction, post-surgical recovery, and functional independence
Collaborate with providers, families, and care teams to optimize outcomes
Complete timely and accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharges, etc.)
Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
Perform other duties as assigned.
