About The Position
Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team. Location: 1172 W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741 Department : Outpatient - Osceola Hours: Hours: Flexible M-F; Weekly hours will be established based on the candidate’s preference. Compensation: $45/hr PRN
Requirements
- Current PT license in state of Florida
- Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
Responsibilities
- Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs
- Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses
- Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written
- Promote evidence-based patient care
