About The Position

Delivers nursing care to outpatient and infusion patients during scheduled shifts . Coordinates scheduling, education, and support in a compassionate , caring environment throughout a patient ' s outpatient or infusion care experience. Responsible for following and maintaining established standards of practice for outpatient and infusion nursing.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in nursing required.
  • Current RN license from the Oregon State Board of Nursing required.
  • BLS and ACLS required within 3 months of hire.
  • NRP within 6 months, and TNCC, ENPC and FHM certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience is required.
  • Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of IV therapy, medication administration, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical and administrative software.
  • Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
  • Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
  • Successful completion of 500-hour probationary period.
  • Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
  • Nationally recognized infusion certification and/or Oncology certification preferred.
  • Experience in a Critical Access Hospital, rural health or outpatient clinic preferred.
