What You'll Do as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist: Provide individual, family, and group counseling in outpatient and telehealth settings using evidence-based approaches. Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation of client progress. Adjust treatment plans based on progress, feedback, and clinical judgment. Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families on mental health and behavioral concerns. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with standards and regulations. Participate in supervision, case consultations, and team meetings. Support discharge planning, aftercare, and follow-up as clinically appropriate. Our Ideal Outpatient Mental Health Therapist: Experienced: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field; experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults across a range of mental health needs. Licensed or Working Toward Licensure: Current Pennsylvania license or pre-licensed status (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAPC, or LSW). Organized: Manages time, caseload, and documentation with strong attention to detail. Communicative & Collaborative: Builds strong relationships with clients and works effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Growth-minded: Open to feedback, supervision, and ongoing professional development. What We Offer Our Outpatient Mental Health Therapist: Full-time or part-time options $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure level Flexible scheduling (2 evenings required per week) and optional weekend hours Hybrid schedule with telehealth options Free supervision toward licensure Manageable caseload with administrative support and a simple EHR system Provide all resources needed to support clinical work.
