Your Role As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups or families with a wide range of presenting concerns. Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients.
