Your Role As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups or families with a wide range of presenting concerns. Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients. Requirements

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota -additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment.
Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.
