About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing outpatient services or programs.
  • Experience in supervising clinical staff and coordinating patient care.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of best practices in outpatient care and patient management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of outpatient services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring timely and appropriate treatment plans are in place.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of outpatient services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to enhance service integration and patient outcomes.
  • Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the outpatient services, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving service quality.
  • Participate in strategic planning and development initiatives to expand and improve outpatient services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
