About The Position

Heartline Staffing is representing a well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center serving the Cuba, New York community and surrounding rural region.

This outpatient Family Medicine position offers a structured four- or five-day clinic schedule with full clinical support. Physicians provide preventive, chronic, and acute care for patients of all ages in a stable, team-based environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for physicians seeking strong earning potential, meaningful rural community impact, and a fully outpatient model with minimal call requirements.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for New York Medical License
• New Graduates Welcome
