Heartline Staffing is representing a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a 50-town rural region across western New York and Pennsylvania.
This is a full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine position providing care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an Accredited Medical School
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed or Eligible for Licensure in Pennsylvania and/or New York
• Commitment to High-Quality, Patient-Centered Care
