Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital offers compassionate, high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment for teens, adults, and seniors. We provide a full-range of evidence-based medical and clinical services in a state-of-the-art healing environment. Programs include inpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). The Outpatient Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and patient‑focused operations within the Behavioral Health outpatient department. This role oversees daily office operations, supports admissions and discharge processes, coordinates scheduling and program activities, and supervises non‑clinical outpatient staff. The Coordinator ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, licensing requirements, and The Joint Commission standards, while delivering a high level of customer service to patients, families, referral sources, and internal stakeholders. This position plays a key role in supporting clinical teams, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting, and promoting a positive outpatient experience.
