Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, scheduling software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Front Office or patient scheduling a plus (rehab outpatient, doctors, clinic, hospital)
  • The Coordinator must have very positive and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
  • In addition, strong organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office skills are necessary.
  • The Coordinator must be able to work independently and have strong skills in prioritizing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates daily schedules for patient therapy and therapists
  • Patient pre-registration and insurance verification
  • Accurately inputs all rehab billing
  • Office management
  • Process payments daily
