About The Position

The Brook – KMI is a 110-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults. Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited school in Social Services or Psychiatric.
• Must be licensed or under supervision (CSW/LCSW, CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP).
• 0 - 1 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• obtaining psycho-social assessments
• conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases
• complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure
• case coordination
• coordinate discharge planning
• assist in developing and maintaining community resource information
• performs marketing functions as assigned
• assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security
• ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care
• participate in continuing education activities.
