In this mid-level management position and under direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s). Assists Administrator with quality improvement duties. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols. Telecare FSP is an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program which serves up to 170 MHSA and AB109 individuals with SMI who have not responded well to traditional outpatient behavioral health care. Clients referred to this program should expect to receive a comprehensive array of ACT services and supports.
