About The Position

The Madison Club is looking for a motivated Outlet Runner to support our Golf and Culinary staffs to create a memorable and consistent golfing experience for our Members. The successful applicant will be expected to open and close all golf food outlets on a daily basis. During our busy periods, we expect the Outlet Runner to assist Golf Staff and Outlet Attendants in keeping all stations neat, organized, and stocked. Additional duties include putting away Outlet food and beverage deliveries and keeping Sales Office and Fitness areas stocked with beverages. Not only will the ideal candidate have great communication skills but should be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment that requires attentiveness and attention to detail. Experience is not required, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is. The Madison Club is open during the winter & spring season, and this role will be for a full time, seasonal need from November 2026- June 2026. Preferred candidates will have a flexible schedule, be able to work weekends & holidays, and understand that time off requests will not be honored during March or April (key event/ festival months).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Current Riverside County Food Handler Card.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with members, guests, and coworkers.
  • Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for long periods of time, up to 8 hours. As well as sit, squat, reach, bend, stoop, and twist.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to work outdoors, exposure to various weather conditions such as heat, cold, wind and rain.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close all golf food outlets on a daily basis.
  • Keep all outlet stations neat, organized and well stocked.
  • Store outlet food properly and according to food safety guidelines.
  • Put away outlet food and beverage deliveries.
  • Maintain stock levels at the sales office and fitness areas
  • Assist golf staff and outlet attendants during daily busy periods.
  • Take food or beverage orders on course to relay to kitchen when necessary.
  • Track specified food items taken from the kitchen on weekly Outlet Tracking Sheets.
  • Communicate inventory needs when par levels are low.
  • Greet all members formally by using their surname.
  • Perform simple food prep tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
