About The Position

Berglund Chevrolet Outdoors is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Outdoors ATV Parts and Service Advisor to join our team in Roanoke, VA. This unique role combines the expertise of a parts counter specialist with the customer service skills of a service advisor, specifically tailored for outdoor ATV enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories while also coordinating and advising on ATV service needs to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Requirements

Experience working with ATV parts and/or service departments preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic mechanical knowledge of ATVs and outdoor equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and selecting ATV parts, accessories, and service options.
Provide accurate information regarding parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
Coordinate service appointments and communicate service progress with customers.
Work closely with the service technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Maintain organized inventory records and help with parts ordering and stocking.
Handle customer inquiries and provide expert advice related to ATV maintenance and repair.
Ensure a positive and professional environment that promotes customer satisfaction and repeat business.
