About The Position

This employee will assist the Outdoor Pool Manager and the Aquatics Manager with day to day responsibilities.

This employee will supervise head lifeguards and lifeguards.
Deal with disciplinary issues of staff and lifeguards at times.
Other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Computer literacy and ability to work with the public and other Legacy employees are required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and in good general health.
• Must have current Food Handler's Permit.
• Certifications include current Red Cross lifeguard certification, current CPR and First aid certification.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of work in aquatic facility management is preferred.
• LGIT and WSIT certifications a plus.
