In this position… The North America Vehicle Logistics (NAVL) Business Solutions Supervisor is a strategically critical leadership role within Ford Motor Company's Material Planning & Logistics organization. This position is responsible for supervising and guiding the business solutions function that supports the end-to-end transformation of Ford's North American outbound vehicle logistics network — spanning the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This position directly supports Ford's Customer Excellence mission by enabling agile, varying service levels that reflect the consumerization of B2B logistics — a world where customers, dealers, and carriers expect the kind of real-time, Uber-style tracking and proactive communication that has become the standard across industries. The NAVL Business Solutions Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Ford not only meets that expectation but leads the industry in setting it. As a transformational leader, the NAVL Business Solutions Supervisor is expected to model Ford's values, invest in the growth of their team, challenge conventional thinking, and champion a culture where data, technology, and human insight work in concert to deliver a resilient, predictive, and efficient logistics backbone for Ford Motor Company. At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress. With our incredible plans for the future of mobility, we have a wide variety of opportunities for you to accelerate your career and help us define tomorrow’s transportation. We build world-class vehicles in our plants around the world, constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. It’s our people who really make the difference. We encourage all of our employees to think outside the box to help us find better and more efficient ways to manufacture our vehicles.
