We are seeking a hands-on Outbound Telemarketing Supervisor to build, lead, and scale an internal sales development team focused on ATM placement and lead generation. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of outbound callers who generate qualified leads and appointments for the ATM sales organization. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of ATM ISO experience, understands high-volume outbound environments, and can drive consistent pipeline generation through disciplined activity management. This is an onsite leadership role within a fast-growing ATM company, offering the opportunity to build a team from the ground up and directly impact revenue growth.
