Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures
  • Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and compliance processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, inventory/order management systems (Metrc, Canix, Portal) as well as Logistic systems (Onfleet, Wheels, Azuga)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
  • Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Comfortable working around plant material (pollen/dust exposure)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a distribution or highly regulated environment preferred
  • Prior experience leading or training team members preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily outbound logistics and order fulfillment operations, including order release, unit pick sheets, labeling, stagging, manifesting, and delivery coordination
  • Prepare and optimize delivery routes and schedules based on customer schedule, inventory availability, and operational efficiency
  • Accurately generate, audit, and maintain manifests and delivery documentation in compliance with state regulations
  • Create and apply compliance labels; verify all products meet packaging, labeling, and regulatory requirements
  • Confirm product counts and ensure all items match manifests to prevent discrepancies, rejections, or customer complaints
  • Lead, coach, and train logistics and fulfillment staff; ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity
  • Maintain records including KPIs, process documentation, manifests, training logs, safety reports, and customer service logs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing transportation, warehousing, and distribution
  • Safeguard logistics operations by enforcing security procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Distribution Operations, Sales, Material Handling, and Transportation teams
  • Manage logistics and operating costs while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings
  • Investigate and resolve customer delivery issues; initiate corrective actions as needed
  • Fill in for Delivery Drivers as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service
