About The Position

The Outbound Sales Representative / Inside Sales (Appointment Setter – Real Estate) at GK Realty Group is responsible for driving new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. This role plays a critical function in supporting the company’s growth by consistently generating qualified buyer and seller appointments for our real estate agents from a provided pipeline of leads. This is a high-activity, performance-driven sales role where you will be expected to make 250–350 outbound calls daily , engage prospective clients, and convert conversations into scheduled appointments. You will follow proven scripts, systems, and processes while maintaining detailed CRM tracking, executing structured follow-up, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and consistency in every interaction. You will work in a structured, in-office environment alongside a team focused on accountability, coaching, and measurable results. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, goal-oriented mindset. This is not a passive or low-pressure position. This is a frontline sales role focused on generating real, measurable pipeline for the business through disciplined outbound activity and consistent execution. Your mission is to create opportunities - by connecting with prospective buyers and sellers, building trust quickly, and setting high-quality appointments that drive growth for GK Realty Group and its agents.

Responsibilities

  • Make 250–350 outbound cold calls daily to new and existing leads, following proven scripts, systems, and KPIs
  • Set qualified buyer and seller appointments for real estate agents by effectively engaging and converting prospects
  • Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently to establish trust and deliver value in every interaction
  • Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and buying/selling readiness to ensure high-quality opportunities
  • Conduct structured follow-up to nurture leads, increase conversions, and minimize missed opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed activity tracking in CRM systems, including call notes, statuses, and follow-ups
  • Confirm, coordinate, and manage appointments to reduce cancellations/no-shows, while collaborating with leadership and upholding GK Realty Group’s standards of professionalism and integrity
