By clearly explaining eligible offers - such as protection coverage benefits, and the advantages of platinum delivery – you help customers feel informed, supported and confident. Through trust-building conversations, this role boosts customer satisfaction, strengthens long-term brand loyalty, and contributes directly to increasing our overall average ticket. Overview: In this position, you’ll connect with customers who have recently purchased furniture to ensure they feel supported and confident in their buying experience. You’ll check in to answer any questions they may have and make sure they’re aware of additional offers or options available with their order. You’ll also engage with potential customers who have shown interest—whether through our website or by visiting one of our stores. Through warm, clear, and helpful phone conversations, you’ll highlight available choices and create a welcoming experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.
