About The Position

Fish Window Cleaning is looking to fill a Part-time sales position, perfect for retirees or busy parents looking for flexibility. We also have a Full-time sales position available for those looking to build or continue a career in the sales field. Work 15-40 hours a week on the South Shore talking to business and home owners. Pay includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions. Salary: $35,000 - $55,000 / Year Fish Window Cleaning provides paid training, uniforms, equipment, and access to company vehicles. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment. Requirements

Responsibilities

Strategically develop a commercial customer base through cold call, phone, and email sales effort.
Develop residential customer base through commercial customer referrals.
Acquire new residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups.
Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site.
Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales effort.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet
