Role Overview: We are seeking motivated, results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our high-performing Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by performance-based rewards. In this position, you will engage with existing account holders who do not yet have full-service packages, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional solutions that meet their home service needs. Requirements

  • Experience in call centers, sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Coachable, goal-driven, and motivated by performance
  • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • Strong computer proficiency required
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Represent a major regional shipping organization through outbound acquisition sales
  • Identify customer needs by asking effective, probing questions
  • Present tailored solutions and promote account benefits
  • Address objections with confidence and persuasive communication
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and retention
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and refine sales strategies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
