About The Position

Hiring for a full cycle sales role. Team will be calling out on pre qualified and pre scheduled leads with the expectation of closing deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales consultant
  • CRM experience (must be able to pipeline effectively)
  • Strong conversational control
  • Able to demonstrate time management skills
  • Meetings every 30 minutes
  • Consistent follow ups
  • Need to have worked in a closing role or cold calling/appointment setting
  • Coachable
  • Tech savvy; able to learn multiple systems
  • Quick learner (must show this in interview)
  • Strong conversation skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications
  • Prior Sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Learn products/services and relevant sales terms
  • Set sales targets and track progress
  • Partner with marketing on shared strategy
  • Monitor sales metrics, business trends & competition
  • Analyze monthly sales rates and market performance
  • Ensure team alignment on business goals
  • Motivate to achieve targets
  • Identify new prospects and market segments
  • Manage pipeline & CRM hygiene
  • Conduct effective follow ups
  • Work collaboratively within team structure
