Outbound Quality Control - 1st Shift (6am-2pm)
About The Position
Inspect, check, test and package product to required specifications. Pick and pack orders Complete departmental Documentation Calculate total footage for production orders. The below requirements indicate knowledge, skill and/or ability to satisfactorily perform essential duties. Mental Functions: Ability to perform basic math function (add, subtract, multiply and divide) on various units of measures. - Ability to apply basic math functions to whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Ability to make sound judgment on operational procedures and product quality. Ability to make appropriate decision in regards to problem solving, and product quality. Physical Functions: Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to see small defects and differentiate colors during in-process quality control procedures. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Requires high manual dexterity and fine motor skills in both hands.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in a manufacturing facility
- Ability to perform basic math function (add, subtract, multiply and divide) on various units of measures.
