About The Position

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 members. The team handles a large volume of outbound mail that needs to be sent out timely every day. As an Outbound Mailroom Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check
• Able to lift up to 25lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Pay is 17.00hr which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Responsibilities

• Process time sheets and payroll
• Monitor team activity
• Maintain order in the work room
• Responsible for disciplinary action
• Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines
• Assist with hiring new team members
