About The Position

As an Inbound Lead, you’ll play a critical role in the daily processing of B2B and B2C orders, overseeing the journey from inventory receipt to final outbound shipping. You’ll ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate inventory, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing processes in our fast-paced fulfillment center.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Attitude: Positive, "can-do" mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, mobile technology, RF equipment, and warehouse tools (e.g., scanners, warehouse software).
  • Math Skills: Basic proficiency in addition, subtraction, and calculating percentages.
  • Safety Focus: Commitment to working safely to ensure you and your team go home in the same condition you started the day.
  • Constant movement and standing, including a minimum of two consecutive hours of standing/walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
  • May involve reaching above eye level.

Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Issue Resolution: Research exception orders or purchase orders, resolve issues, or escalate to account management as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all inventory is properly stored, organized, and accounted for in the fulfillment center.
  • Audits & Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain system accuracy.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, optimize storage space, and streamline material flow.
  • Team Support & Training: Answer team members’ questions and assist in training new hires.
  • Data Entry & Audits: Perform data entry into our internal ticket system and conduct audits on processed merchandise to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Safety & Dependability: Maintain a safe working environment and demonstrate regular, punctual attendance.
