About The Position

The Outbound Lead Generator plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth by reconnecting with former customers and generating renewed interest in our termite and pest services. This position is responsible for conducting outbound calls to previous customers, introducing them to current service offerings, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of choosing our brand. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer focused approach, and the ability to identify opportunities for re-engagement. The Outbound Lead Generator serves as the voice of our company, representing our commitment to quality service, long-term protection, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ sales and or call center experience
• Successful completion of a drug test
• Verifiable references
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Termite and Pest Control industry experience is desired, but not required
