About The Position

The Outbound Lead Generator is responsible for creating opportunities for our sales team through high-volume, consistent outbound calling. This role focuses on reconnecting with people who already know our company - past customers, past leads, and warm prospects. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, resilient, and motivated by results.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Making 150–200 outbound calls per day
• Working assigned call lists, including: Past customers Past leads Warm prospects
• Re-introducing the company and services
• Identifying opportunities and interest
• Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team
• Understanding service areas and basic scheduling logic
• Logging activity, notes, and outcomes accurately
