Filro Caregivers is growing and looking for a Senior Care Liaison to expand our community presence in the western suburbs of Chicago. A leading homecare provider in Lisle is recruiting for an experienced business development professional to market the Dupage County area. This opportunity is unique in that our business development professional builds their own "book of business" allowing for a steady increase in annual income while providing the independence, control and opportunity similar to entrepreneur, without the risk. Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development is preferred.
  • Background in healthcare, social work, therapy, or related field (LPN, RN, OT, PT, SW or similar experience optional)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable speaking to families, professionals, and healthcare executives
  • Genuine compassion for seniors and families
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (excel, powerpoint, word)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit welcome
  • You’re comfortable:
  • You’re personable, organized, and resourceful — someone others naturally trust.
  • Reliable transportation is required as you will be driving to referral and influence centers a few days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Own your numbers — manage, track, and consistently hit your KPIs and outreach goals
  • Be fully accountable for your pipeline, activity, and results
  • Manage your time, territory, and outreach strategy independently using our proven marketing system
  • Work autonomously in the field while staying aligned with team goals and leadership direction
  • Approach this role with an owner’s mindset — we’re in business together
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare executives, rehabs, senior communities, and referral partners
  • Lead educational presentations
  • Represent Filro Caregivers at community events, health fairs, and professional meeting
  • Conduct consultations with families to assess care needs and guide them through next steps
  • Collaborate with leadership and follow a proven outreach structure through our marketing program
  • Meeting with hospital and rehab social workers, discharge planners, and healthcare executives
  • Visiting families to discuss home care options in a consultative, relationship-focused approach
  • Presenting to senior communities and professional groups (in-person and webinars)
  • Collaborating with leadership on marketing and outreach strategies
