Job: Outage Planner Job Description: To support in the management of the Mechanical maintenance department to ensure: highest standards of H&S are continually followed legislative compliance is fulfilled best practice maintenance techniques are utilized to provide highest possible asset availability Specific Tasks: (this list is not exhaustive) Maintenance Operations Scheduling of work orders and creating outage schedules for all disciplines Ensure that all required information is stored to the work order (minimum requirements) Ensure that required spare parts and materials are booked to the work orders Ensure spare part availability for scheduled work Preparation of permits and requesting required isolation from production teams Ensure that required inspections and preparations for permits are done as agreed for scheduled maintenance activities including on run and shutdowns (e.g. atmospheric testing for confine space, isolations, etc.) Arrange and agree with production use of external support teams required for permits (e.g. fire watch, confine space rescue teams, etc.).
