TIMES & DAYS - Hours available Monday - Friday afternoon from 2:45pm - 6:00pm. The hours after school can shape a child’s confidence, friendships, and future. As an Out-of-School Time Program Aide, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where youth can learn, explore, and belong. From helping with homework to leading games and activities, you’ll play an important role in helping kids grow while living out the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. POSITION SUMMARY At the direction of Supervisor OST, the Aide OST will assist in the delivery of the program to include curriculum development, behavior management, participant safety and evaluation. The Aide will deliver world-class customer service and relationship building skills to create a welcoming environment at the YMCA. The incumbent will also exhibit the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in all aspects of their work with the YMCA.
