Your Impact & Specialized Responsibilities: Advanced Hand Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the hand and upper extremity, including sensory testing, ROM, and strength. Post-Surgical Protocols: Implement evidence-based recovery plans for tendon repairs, fractures, nerve compressions, and joint replacements. Custom Orthotic Fabrication: Design, fabricate, and fit custom splints to protect healing tissue and maximize functional outcomes. Functional Integration: Bridge the gap between clinical exercises and daily life using our state-of-the-art ADL simulation suite. Interdisciplinary Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert for the rehab team on all upper extremity and hand-related rehabilitation.
