Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales/customer experience (Deal Breaker).
Skills: Strong prospecting and sales skills, excellent communication, and administrative abilities.
Location: Must live within 5-7 miles of our location (Deal Breaker).
Passion for Fitness: Enthusiastic and eager to share your love for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Sales: Actively prospect and sell OTF memberships to potential clients.
Customer Experience: Create a welcoming studio environment by ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Administrative Tasks: Handle all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.
Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing and outreach events, both in and outside of the studio.
Social Media: Help ensure daily content for our social media channels.
Team Collaboration: Partner with our coaches and other Sales Associates to deliver our best-in-class workouts.
