About The Position

Current Lighting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time Order to Cash Business Analyst who will be responsible for translating business requirements into developer actions, managing documentation, facilitating change management and providing ongoing support to stakeholders across the organization. This individual will work closely with cross functional leaders and IT partners to ensure efficient order processing, stable platform and services, enhance user satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in our order to cash cycle, with additional focus on logistics, transportation, and warehouse configuration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP in the OTC process of a manufacturing organization focused on configuration and project go live.
  • Experience leading workshops with business and IT teams for requirements and UAT test scenarios.
  • Ability to document process flows and solution proposals using MS tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
  • Experience partnering with Logistics and Transportation teams, with working knowledge of shipping, freight, and fulfillment processes within a manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Demonstrable history of BA success across both projects and sustaining initiatives from ideation through delivery and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of order management, invoicing and cash collection.
  • Proven cross functional success partnering with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced organization that delivers results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in high level collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SAP logistics execution (e.g. SD/LE and warehouse management)
  • Experience with interfacing data between SAP and other systems
  • Experience with EDI and IDOC processing
  • Experience with SalesForce Sales and Service Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for all stages of the order to cash process to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with IT partners to ensure SAP infrastructure perspective aligns, supports and enables seamless OTC processes.
  • Partner with SMEs for change management initiatives to facilitate adoption and success of new initiatives
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure proper prioritization, execution and completion of key projects and tasks across the OTC roadmap
  • Provide support to SMEs in the OTC process and leverage business and technical knowledge to help develop solutions that best leverage the organization’s technical stack and business needs
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to measure productivity, impact, adoption and success KPIs for all OTC processes and improvements.
  • Partner with Logistics and Transportation stakeholders to document and improve end-to-end fulfillment flows (order release, shipment, delivery, and returns), including service levels and carrier performance.
  • Support configuration and process alignment for warehouse operations in SAP, partnering with SMEs on warehouse setup, receiving, picking/packing, staging, and inventory movement concepts as they relate to OTC.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to validate and troubleshoot integrations and master data dependencies that impact shipping and warehousing (e.g., routes, shipping points, plants/storage locations, weights/dimensions) and to drive continuous improvement.
