About The Position

EXPLEO USA is looking for an OTA Technical Lead (C# / .NET Full Stack) to join a high‑impact, globally connected team in Dallas, Texas. What’s in It for You? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack software development.
  • Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong front‑end development experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integrations
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases, particularly Cosmos DB
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban
  • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Microservices architecture
  • Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Event Sourcing and CQRS design patterns
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and TDD
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience working in a product‑driven enterprise environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of full‑stack developers using C# and .NET technologies
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between product owners, business analysts, architects, and development teams
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical designs and execution plans
  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance during incidents, escalations, and production issues
  • Oversee the full SDLC including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Drive architectural alignment, technical standards, and solution quality
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies
  • Champion scalability, performance, security, and reliability across all solutions
  • Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine user stories and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence
